Trans Zanskar Range Trek: Lamayuru - Padum or vise versa:11/12 Days

It is one of the most popular and not particularly tough trails, encompassing crossing the Zanskar Ranges through number of passes. This trek begins from famous monastery of Lamayuru and enters Zanskar through most isolated villages of Lingshet, Photoksar. The beautiful valley of Zanskar with its enchanting landscape, lush meadows and simple people beckons you. The return can be organized by jeep via Kargil to proceed to Srinagar or return to Leh, which takes two additional days.



Trans Zanskar Trek: Darcha (on Leh- Manali road)- Padum :09/10 Days

Route: Darcha (3300m)- Ford camp/Pal Lhamo (3650m)- Ramjak (3750m)- Shinkun La/ Shingu La (5097m)- Lakong (4450m)- Kargiah (4000m)- Tantse- Purni (3775m)- Phutkal (3990m)- Purni- Pepul Ichar- Mone (3650m)- Padum.

An adventurous, tough trek and popular trek among trek enthusiasts, it starts from Darcha, a day’s journey in jeep from Manali/ Leh. The climb particularly from Darcha to Shinkun La is steep. Across Shinkun La, going is relatively easy along the Tsarap Chu, a tributary of Zanskar River. Trek terminates at Padum, the headquarters of Zanskar division. It is a two-day drive back to Leh/ Srinagar.

Trans Zanskar-II Trek: Lamayuru - Padum - Darcha or vise versa:20/21 Days

Duration: 20/21 days

Route: A combination of trek from Lamayuru to Padum and Padum to Darcha with a day’s break at Padum for rest and replenishment. This trek is both, physically and mentally demanding.



Rupsho Trail : Hemis - Chargod Jukstak/ Jugtak (Leh- Manali road) :11/12 Days

Route: Hemis- Shang- Lartsa Kongmaru- Kongamaru La- camp site at Langtang Chu (4200)- Zalung Karpo La (5200 M)- Sorra- Dat- Yar La (5000M)- Lungmo Che- Lun- Takh- Chargod Justak (4200M & on Leh Manali road- Leh/ Manali.

This trek begins from Hemis/Martselang, after one-hour drive from Leh. After negotiating Kongmaru La 5135m, the trail enters Markha valley. After a night halt at beautiful pastureland of Markha valley with yaks, Sheep and pashmina goats one enters Rupsho valley. It crosses a village and several passes before finishing the trek at Chargot Jugtak. From here one can drive towards Manali via Serchu or drive back to Leh.



Tsomoriri Trail: Rumtse (on Leh- Manali Road)- Tsomoriri Lake :08 Days

Route: Rumtse- Kyamar (4050m)- Kiamrila Pass/Kumurla Pass (4800m)- Mandalchanla (4850m)- Tisaling-. Shibukla (4900m) Ponganabu- Nuruchan- Horlam Kongkala (4900m), Kyamur La (5410m)- Gyamar Barma-Kartsla (5300m)-Gyamar- Yalang Nyalu la (5440m) Korzok- Leh.

This trail starts from Rumtse (4030m) near Gya Village, after a 3-hour drive from Leh. Gya village was once seat of power of the Head of Ladakh Gyapacho in the 10th century AD. The trail crosses three passes before reaching Tsokar Lake and another three passes and thereafter. The area is rich in wild life and chances are that you would encounter few on the trail. This highland plateau is home to Changpa nomadic tribe. . The trail gives breathtaking views of Tsokar/ Tsomoriri Lakes and the landscape along the entire stretch.. The finishing point of the trek is Tsomoriri Lake or Karzok, the headquarters of Nomadic people. Explore Tsomoriri Lake for a day and drive back to Leh.



Spiti Valley Trek : Tsomoriri – Kibber :08 Days

Duration: 8 days.

Route: Korzok (4527m)- Tsomoriri lake- Kiangdom (Chunthung- 4527 m)- Nurbo Sumdo (4540m)- Dutung (4310m)- Kharza Gompa (5050m)- Parangla (5578m)- Boroglen (5180 m)- Thalta 4675m)- Kiber (4235m)- Kaza- Manali.

This trek leads over the 5578m high Parangla Pass, drops down to Spiti Valley of Himachal Pradesh and reaches Kaza situated on the main Manali- Shimla highway. It offers opportunities to visit Changpa nomades and have a wonderful view of the manificient Tsomoriri Lake and the landscape around. The trail turns southward from Nurboo Sumdo and start walking along Parang-Chu Valley with towering snow Peak Mountains. Opportunities are aplenty to see wildlife and rare birds’ enroute. After the trek one can extend trip and visit Ki, Lhalung, Pin and Tabo monasteries of Spiti Valley by Jeep. From here drive back to Manali and further to Delhi.



Nubra Valley Trek: Sabu- Khalsar :05/06 Days

Duration: 5/6 days

Route: Leh- Sabu (in jeep)- Ayu- Digar Pulu- Digar La Pass- Chumik Gonpa-Digar- Tangyar- Utgam- Oatang- Khalsar- Leh.

The trek starts from Sabu, after 30 minutes drive from Leh. The trail entails negotiating Digar Pass early morning on the second day after a steep climb, to cross over into Nubra Valley. It is downhill thereafter, till one reaches the bank of river Shyok. On termination trek, stay can be extended to visit monasteries at Diskit & Smastanling, enjoy double-humped camel ride in the sand dunes at Hundar and the hot springs at Panamik, before driving back to Leh, via Khardongla Pass (5570M).
